what can i do if an envato market provider is denying me the support he is supposed to give me?


i acquired a wp theme including 6 monthes of support. i made a couple tickets asking some tips and received an incomplete and poor reply several days after, it is because i rated the theme with only 2 stars. now it seems that i have been banned because of this. the author decided to block the access to his support page.
any idea of what i can do.
my opinion is that this author it is not solely causing me a harm but he is also causing it to envato community.
