what am I doing wrong? Isn't at the quality standar required!

Hi guys.

I have some years here but I don’t publish often. I published a Photoshop Action recently and it was rejected and I have worked it in the same way as previous items.

I received this:
“We have completed our review of “Comic Grunge Photoshop Action” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.”

I do not know what I’m doing wrong. :confused:
