Weird experience with Envato author support

Few weeks ago I got hard rejected for my item I submitted the same item again after making some changes and yes I have to say the changes wasn’t that big however before I do this I contacted the support about it, The item got rejected again with a warning from the reviewer so I didn’t submit it again.
Today I received other warning which doesn’t make sense to me:

Is that’s mean any other hard reject even it was different item will result in disabling my account ? and how will the support know if I submitted the same or different item ?
