How can I find whether Envato website will work on Zoho Sites platform or not?

From what I’ve seen, no, it can’t work with Zoho Sites. Zoho Sites, like Wix and other such providers, use their own page and form builders, so it’s impossible to upload there a HTML template for instance.
If you wish to use a theme/template from themeforest, you can download one and you can buy a standalone web hosting from a web hosting provider.
Or if you wish to use Envato theme/templates together with hosting you can try a great service provided by Envato, Envato Hosted: https://envato.com/websites

If I go for Envato hosted site then will it work with Zoho plug inns such as Zoho Campaign, Zoho SalesIQ and Zoho PageSense?

There are several Zoho plugins https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/zoho/ which may help integrate some of their functionality BUT it is designed to be its own platform so integration is hard to guarantee and you would be better to ask Zoho about any restrictions
