I’m surprised to have not found a script/theme similar to TrusPilot on Envato.

Yes, there are a few but they are just lazy miserable clones with no features.

The only one I see is Directories Pro but the layout it’s so 2006…

Anyone has some suggestions?

You can just use basic WordPress feature along with free “rating” plugins for this purpose.
