Pretty sure the money has been sent by Envato ( you have the email, right? ), the rest of the issue usually comes from the bank.
It could be related to “new system/their new bank” but I don’t think they’d be changing anything as you may be the only one who’s having issue with payment.
@ki-themes again, this is not an issue from my bank, it comes from the payout system and their bank/intermediary-bank. It can be investigated by special SWIFT form.
Have doubts it’d be investigated. You > Envato > Their Bank > Intermediary Bank > Your bank > You.

This is not ok, because I get payouts without any issues from other sources, but only from Envato I get issues.
If the SWIFT taking long, most likely it’s your bank.
My suggestion was to change the bank and see if there’s any issue with the new one.
Only way to speed-up the process with MT106, I have doubts Envato would provide this document.
If you have it, it’d be easy to track the money.

I think this delay is for the intermediary bank. Envato new payout use an intermediary Bank to send money to the Author’s Bank account. I would like to advice please consult with your bank and ask them about the intermediary Bank and the delay. Envato auto payout 15th (if not weekend) of each month but intermediary transfer is doing delay in your case.

Still no money from Envato, it’s 16 days of waiting. And the answer to all, it’s not an issue in my bank, the problem is banks from Trolley service that Envato uses to make payouts.
Everything has been processed on our end but we’ll ask the payment provider to see if it’s getting held up with your bank or anything. Thanks!

It’s really shocking! Have you contacted Envato Author support. They may track the money!

@mgscoder Yes, I contacted the Envato support, we are waiting for documents from Trolley (payout provider).
I don’t know how hard a process it is to try opening a new bank account, but it seems like Trolley has issues trying to pay your current account every month. I know it must be a huge stress.
