We changed the domain and now the theme's purchase code shows it "being used on another domain."

We updated a client’s website with a new domain. Everything else stayed the same on the site including the branding. Now, the Avada theme is showing that the "purchase code is already being used on another domain. How do we get it to connect since it is the same wordpress installation.

You should be able to log into their support website at Login / Register - ThemeFusion | Avada Website Builder and unregister the purchase code to use it again.
