We bought the Theme but can't contact author...

My client bought the Food&Cook theme (with support!)
But day by day (since 14/06/2020) I can’t contact with DAHZ, author of the theme. I sent 2 email him, wrote via Facebook, and nothing. Please help me to solve it problems, we can’t working on it!
The problems are:

  1. List of Required plugins before installing&activation and after is different, and it also different from your screenshot (from the online manual http://dahz.daffyhazan.com/food-cook/docs/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/03-1.jpg). Because we can’t find “DAHZ commerce extender”, “DAHZ commerce shortcode” and other in the WP plugins’ store I have to ask you.

  2. We can’t import part of files from the Example content - “can’t be imported”. https://screenshare.ru/DbTD5wMb
