Mobile category Items do not come with author support. So, extended support will not work.
So after 6 months of support, if we don’t provide support then it’s completely ok.
If we provide paid support then we need to manage outside or from our end.

yes, it’s okay. But your item should work fine (bugs free complete application) without author support,
