As a part of customer care improvement for our WP plugin, Adning Advertising we are looking for a support team member who can answer support tickets and has the ability to fix bugs and implement new user requests to improve the plugin with little or no guidance.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and competencies:
- Fluent English
- Well-versed in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JS, PHP
- Have experience in building sites/plugins with Wordpress
- Good debugging skills
- Ability to work independently, with little or no guidance.
- Ability to communicate complex information in simple terms.
- Willing to learn new technologies, skills and adapt to changes
