Hello, I already paid my annual fee last month. Haven’t used envato for few weeks now when I came back to work on my project it wants to charge me again. Even so, the webpage recognizes my name. Does anyone knows why envato trying scam me into another payment ?

Just 30 minutes before i received automatic renewal, but it is not my planning, actually i want to Terminate or cancel subscription. So can i cancel subscription now and take my money back please

…although if you cancel an active subscription you just won’t be charged on the next billing date, it doesn’t mean you’ll automatically get a refund (although you will still have access to content until the end of your billing period). Refund info here…
