Want buy Route wordpress-theme only if it's complete: who can aswer me?

Hi, a week ago I wrote a request to envato.com,
I wrote that I would like to buy Route wordpress-theme only if:

  • everything I see in (http://codestarthemes.com/themes/routewp/) will be included
  • when I install the theme, I will have exactly what I see in (http://codestarthemes.com/themes/routewp/) not like the free themes that when you look at it looks complete but when you download it it’s practically empty and has a look completely different: when I install Route, will I see the SAME aspect that I now see?
  • when will I install the theme, will I have ALL the pages, layout styles, ALL the menu styles I see now?
  • when I install the theme, will I have ALL the home versions, headers version, page version, blog version, version portfolio, shortcode, feature, shop, forums, contact page version that I see now? And will I be able to use everything simply or will I have to set everything from scratch?

Unfortunately, ENVATO’s reply never arrived, maybe I did the wrong form?
How can I receive answers to my doubts?
Where can I ask?

No, that’s not how WP themes work. it won’t until you install the demo content and even then images may not be included

Yes BUT you will need to install the demo content

As above yes but not until you install the demo content and assign navigation etc.

Almost always the demo content will be (but not necessarily the images).

If in doubt ask the athor using ite comments pre-purchase

or explain how to do it, starting from the theme page to reach the author’s page?
