Waiting for 10 days to get refund

I purchased the Porto theme expecting it to work as advertised. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations, and despite reaching out to your support team, no viable solution was provided. Due to this, I decided to remove the theme and applied for a refund.

It has now been 10 days, and I have yet to receive my refund. After waiting more than 5 days, I also raised a dispute, but still, no action has been taken. Today, I have **reapplied for the refund due to the continued delay.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. The lack of timely support and resolution is disappointing. I request you to process my refund immediately as per your policy. Please confirm the status of my request at the earliest.

Porto is one of the stable themes on the marketplace, I have over 5+ copies for both WordPress and Magento version but it sounds like you have changed your mind after purchasing/downloading the item.

I’m not sure what part was “not like advertised” but their support is also quite fast if you’d like to solve the problem.

What’s the problem you’re having ? What part of the theme is not as advertised?

Envato policy is clear about the situation, once the item is downloaded, you void the refund policy. After that, it’s up to the author if they want to refund you or not.
