I am working on adjusting my website to make it more responsive for mobile. I noticed in a Video tutorial on youtube that the version of Visual Composer from the video had options within the builder to adjust for different mobile devices. Can anyone tell me which version this capability starts at and how can I update the current version I have which is: 4.12
