Visual Composer License Issues


I purchased the “Collective Theme” from Kubistudio through ThemeForest. I think I purchased it without logging in to my account and it got associated with one of my other emails. I installed the theme.

To use the theme, I needed to purchase Visual
Composer – which I did, in addition to 6 months of support, but it got synced with the wrong email I think.

I have my reference numbers for both transactions…can I use the visual composer license if it is associated with one of my other emails?

When I click to receive support for the support I purchased, it says “No License
Found” and “Your support is limited”. I am very confused with this!
