What exactly is not “consumer friendly”? When asking people for help, you should be more descriptive and detailed in your issues, as blank statements like that won’t allow anybody to really help you.
And whenever you have issues with an item you purchased on Envato, you need to contact the respective author for assistance (each item page on Envato has a “Support” tab, which will explain to you how to obtain support for that particular item), as this here is the general discussion forum for all of Envato marketplaces, and not a support forum for specific items.
