Visual Composer. Design Options?

I just updated to the latest version of Woow.

First of all I have this warning:

“Important notice: You have an outdated version of Visual Composer Design Options. It is required to review and save it.”

I then push the button “Open Design Options” located directly below.

It takes me to a blank page with this text:

“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

I have also tried solving the issue via the ‘Visual Composer’ menu on the left side of the screen with no results.

What do I do?

Also, I only have the backend editor; my front end editor is gone

There is a solution here, but I do not have the option he is referring to:

Under admin - settings there is no visual composer for me, even though the plugin is installed.
