Visual Composer - bad masonry element error?

Hi there! I recently purchased a theme from Themeforest, but since the support hasn’t given me any answers and it’s really urgent since the project is going live in the end of this year, then my last option is you guys. It has smthn to do with Visual Composer I guess, but I’m also not able to contact their support.
