When my virus scan scanned the file at https://elements.envato.com/paradise-multipurpose-html-template-C8YEY6 it would not let me open it and moved it to quarantine because of a suspected virus. Just thought you guys should know and be aware of this. Using the latest version of Norton 360 2020.
