I am looking to purchase the gem theme, but I have a question. I am seeing a lot of people in the comment section about people using the same license across multiple website and having their activation blocked. I am looking to purchase 2 licenses, 1 for a development site, and 1 for a published site. The development site will be were I experiment with different things and figure out what works and what doesn’t work and then after I figure out what works, I will publish them to the main site. The development site is on a virtual machine and here is my question. I often use checkpoints on the virtual machine to quickly roll back changes that aren’t wanted. Is this going to be a problem for the license server? It will all be on the same virtual machine, but if I roll back some changes, will the license server get confused and stop working. I hope it doesn’t but I want to make sure.
