Video Wall from end of movie "Love Actually"

Hey everyone. I appreciate any help that anyone can provide in helping me track down a template for the ending from the movie “Love Actually”. I love the multiple dissolves to smaller and smaller video walls with the final video wall keying or making a heart shape from the central video walls. The surrounding outside video walls eventually fade away with the exception of the video walls shaping the heart. Below is a link to 1:13 video that shows the ending to the movie and what I’m referring to. Has anyone ever seen this template or do they know where I could find one?

This could be a good start. Doubt it you will find exactly what you want but with little effort you will be able to pull it off I think. Additionally, you can always ask someone to build it for you. Should be easy to do.
