I have attempted to download several different Envato Elements video template generators. They are showing up among my generators in Final Cut Pro, but when I try to select it and drag to my timeline, the thumbnail looks like the attached (a red screen with an exclamation point) and cannot be accessed nor edited. Any ideas for how to resolve this?
