I think you are talking about portfolio submission for getting permision to upload stockfootage. If your portfolio will approve you will get notified. please keep patience to get the review result.

You have to wait for a few months. At least this was the time new comers had to wait last year for portfolio review, more exact 6 months.
Hopefully I don’t count on this for living
