I want to create some videos and sell them in different web stores. So my question is: Can I use a video template (for premiere, after effects…), edit and change its content and then sell it a new created video? Also, can I add a music track into that final video product I have created and sell it (as a new edited video+audio item)?

You would need a license for each video you would sell.

Thanks for the answer. So just to make sure I got this right - I can create a new artwork using templates / illustrations / music and then sell it? I just need to report (license) every sell?

You may want to ask confirmation from Elements authors. Not too familiar with the fine print of that service. But as long as the end products are each covered with their own license, you should be good.
