I purchased a theme from Envato created by Victorthemes.com. Their website is giving an Error code 20: The proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection timeout.
This error is caused by SiteLock.

I’m concerned I bought a new theme that is unsupported or the creators are gone. Does anyone know how to get a hold of VictorThemes to see if this is just a website glitch on their part and will be back up?

They included pro plugins in the subscription that I cannot download.
