Hi,
We have experienced very very low sale during envato birthday campaign Aug21. Our 10 items was selected but only 25 items sold during 05 days campaign, it was even low as usual weekly sales and after sale period sale still down.
Please let me know, if someone face same situation. I don’t think i am alone and would like to know the main reason of it, so we can work on it for better future.
