Veggie script slow and lagging

After installing the veggie script, the page is incredibly slow and laggy. Tried to install the demo-theme and the clock turns forever but it does not install. Any ideas what can be done?

The best way to get the support is Contact your purchased Item Author and let them know.

Thanks, I tried that. But it leads me away from this site to another one where this login doesn´t work. I have found the email of the author in the comments of the script and sent an email but did not get a reply.

Can I just ask for a refund instead?

If you are talking about Author support site login then you have to register there first. As you already contacted Author please keep patience and wait for Author reply.
