VAT/CIF Number on invoices

Hi Guys!

I have the invoice from my suscription but it doesn’t appears our VAT Company number and we would need it. How coukld we fix it?

I’m just having the very same problem, but the help desk claims not to be able to help. What infuriates me, is that in the personal information settings they claim that if you provide your company number it will appear on your invoice… Surprise, surprise… It doesn’t, if you get to a solution would you let me know?

Well, as an update on how it all went for us.

The envato’s help desk, very kindly refunded my purchase, and in order to get my invoice with my company number, instead of introducing my personal name on the name and last name fields, I typed my company number.

It worked like a charm, so it might be helpful if you are having the same problem.
