i downloaded the theme Pixelpiernyc of VamTam. I did everything right and installed everything but the pages are blank. I tried to get support from the authors but they don’t want to help me if i don’t buy their support license… What kind of service is this? And Envato doesn’t care anyway? Just paying my money for a non functional product?
If it’s a new purchase, you should be having “6 months support” included to the purchase, you may be still asking questions but again, if it’s related to installation, it could be server side issue, as installation is not covered by the support, therefor there may be asking for fee to provide the support.
I downloaded the product via Envato Elements, so i had to activate it via Envato Token. I don’t think is a server problem, because the installation has been completed with no problem. I think the theme has some problems with Elementor.
Items from Elements doesn’t come with support. You need to purchase a copy at ThemeForest/CodeCanyon to get the support as the author asked.
Any item “downloaded” via Elements is not supported by the authors.
