Either have I, so you may have a point… but keep in mind that Envato aren’t really going to advertise author’s being penalised, and authors are unlikely to rush to the forums to tell everyone they’ve been penalised.
Fortunately authors have other place to meet and discuss instead of this forum
And the ones that are breaking the rules when it comes to ADP, are all there at these other places, advertising that fact… and letting everyone know whether they have or haven’t been penalised for it?

If you see this you should report it to Envato support, it’s been covered many times that giving incentives for purchase (free services, additional free themes etc.) is not allowed.
Many more things. Also 40 days money back guarantey. I am tires of reporting because it got partialy removed and now its all back.

Lol is anyone following this, did not know if this existed. I know of items who are breaking these rules for years, is anyone ever penalized?
