I was using Onair2 Theme, I am building my website over but using a new hosting company< I would like to deactive the theme on the previous site and install and activitye on new site but there is no play I can deactivate or I cant reach support cause my support period has ended
You may need to renew your support to get the support from the author, in addition, the license is for one domain. If you change the domain name, the author has rights to reject the change the license as you may end-up getting a new one.
