I see one of the user https://codecanyon.net/user/sengfatt is using my script with out any license , I came across his website http://98khabar.com/ and got to know , We contacted him to buy the license and use the script , But he replied that “I dont care any legal actions” , Let me know what further actions can we take on this user .
