Using projects bought from VH

Hi guys, a had some question, that I need some help to answer.

So, when I am uploading project to VH, all things included must be of my own creation or properly licensed for use. So the question is this. If I buy on videohive some light leaks, transitions or background with extended licence, can I include them as part of my own project for sale or cannot?
