I have a site www.e-marketing.pt
I´m using wordpress theme Engage
I have installed the wordpress plugin “Page scroll to id”, because i want to have a menu at the top of the main page.
I also have the plugin “WPBakery Visual Composer”.
The main menu doesn´t apper in the home page and i would like to use the function to scrool down in the home page , using the menu.
What shall i use?
