Using Photos of People in Themes

Hi all,

Apologies if already answered in forums but couldn’t find it.

Just going through some final steps before submission and came across this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821210-When-do-I-need-a-Model-or-Property-Release-

I’m using images from the following links:

• https://www.pexels.com/photo/portrait-of-young-attractive-girl-listening-to-music-with-headphones-6403/ (Photo license: https://www.pexels.com/photo-license/)
• http://www.gratisography.com/#people (Photo License: http://www.gratisography.com/terms.html)

These are just going on the website showcasing the Theme and not included/downloaded as part of the theme itself.

So question is - do I still have to get a Model License for using these or not?

I think there is no problem in using these images for demo purposes only

The license states that it’s free for personal and commercial use so I think it should be fine using on your demo.
