Using Phlox PRO theme on a local site

How can I use and update my pro theme on a local site. I can’t access any of the pro features because 1) the theme is an old version as it won’t let me update.

  1. It says the theme is pro but I can’t use any of the templates or anything- theyre not even showing.

Please download the latest version theme from your Dashboard Download tab. Downloads and Please check the theme documentation hopefully you will get necessary support how to make update. If you have still problem with the theme then The best way to get the support is Contact your purchased Theme Author.

Thank you - I was sent here for the ‘support’ I have paid for. Please send me in tehright direction if I am wrong. Ihave done this, but it says Phlox Pro is already installed when I try to install the newer version… Not sure about deleting the current one as I dont want the site to scramble

In forum community will try best to give you guideline. As far I understand you have 2 options to get support:

  1. Support through your Item Author as I have suggested my first post
  2. hire a freelancer to make fixes and necessary chnages as you required.
