Using of Stripe payment gateway

Hello;

First of all am not an author yet, so the admins can move this to the relevant section.

I want to ask why theme and plugin authors always use STRIPE payment gateway? STRIPE is only available in 25 countries https://stripe.com/global ( most of your buyers are not even from this countries).

Knowing fully well that paypal is not available everywhere like stripe, you guys make stripe as an alternative to paypal on your theme and plugins.

Skrill http://help.skrill.com/en/Article/getting-started/registration/which-countries-are-not-serviced-by-skrill is a better alternative to Paypal. We also have 2checkout

Try and consider other payment options for your clients.

Supporting all payment methods is labor intensive. Stripe in countries that is available, is very popular and used by huge amount of people. Skrill works everywhere yes, but it overlaps with huge amount of people who are from Stripe countries and that little area left that only skrill covers is not big enough market.
