User Disappeared

Hi There,

There was a user “sellpixels_com” selling this item “themeforest.net/item/clean-ui-react-admin-template/21938700” and after many sales he/she just disappeared, there is no envato policy about this conditions, i liked the item bought it to later use and never even downloaded the file, so now it’s just gone? what to do now.

Hi @mgscoder but this refund request sending message to seller who is already disappeared from market? whats the use of requesting there, what envato doing in this regards?

The author has still an account on Envato so he should be able to reply to the refund. You can also dispute the refund with Envato Support if the author won’t reply after several days.
