Use audio for toy

Hi,
It is written about licensee that 10,000 copy limit for a downloaded or physical end product.

I consider to use one of audio which is for a toy.A toy that have a button and when put the putton ,the audio start.

In this case , am I only allowed to use toy which quantity is for 10,000pcs toy ?

How I should do if the toy production is more than 10,000pcs ?
