US withhold TAX recovery

Hi everyone,

I am new to Envato as an Author. after subutting my 1st project 10 days before i got some few sales
but i didn’t update my tax details as i am a NON-US citizen. Now i have update my tax information Is there any rule to refund the US withhold tax which i have already pay before tax information update?

If you mean can you claim it back once you have submitted the correct forms then I could be wrong but I am 99% sure that is not possible
