Hi,
I received my 2020 1099-Misc from Envato today ( I am a US tax resident.) The Royalties listed on this tax form show my gross royalties ($83, what I earned before Envato takes it’s 55% sales commission.) Shouldn’t I only be taxed on the amount that Envato actually pays me after their fees ($45.65) All of the other stock footage agencies I contribute to only tax me on the amounts they actually payout to me after their fees.
Please advise.
