Urgent: Issue with Backlink PRO - Unlimited Comment Backlinks

Dear Codecanyon Team

I recently purchased the product Backlink PRO - Unlimited Comment Backlinks from your platform. However, it has been removed from the [app/website/catalog/collection] and is no longer functioning as expected.

I have reached out to the author team multiple times via email, requesting them to activate the product, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or provide an alternative solution? Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

You need to solve the problem by re-installing it or contacting the item author.

There is no option for unistall. I talk with author but they don’t contact.

That doesn’t look like Envato License code.
