Urgent Issue – Accidental Annual Subscription Purchase & No Response from Support

I need urgent assistance regarding an accidental purchase. I intended to buy a monthly subscription, but instead, a yearly subscription was charged, resulting in a significantly higher payment than expected.

I contacted support over three days ago, but I have not received any response. This is a time-sensitive issue, and I would appreciate immediate attention.

My concerns:

  1. How can I cancel the accidental annual subscription and switch to a monthly plan?
  2. Why is there no response from support for such an urgent matter?

I would appreciate an immediate update, as I may need to contact my bank if the issue is not resolved soon.

Avoid downloading anything in the meantime and don’t open more tickets as this can delay the process.

I’ve already sent a request to support, no response from them unfortunately.

Support is slow and I’m not sure if they are working at the weekends. It may take 5-7 working days to solve your issue but you can just be patient, they will probably provide a solution at the end even if it’s slow.
