Yes, I’m having the same problem, all my referral links are not working, they all redirecting me on the front page of Envato Elements. Please @emile_b we need your support!

If this problem is not fixed in the next few days, I will definitely never use Impact again. Such an important issue, but it doesn’t seem to be of interest to them. I am losing my customers!

Same here, any news from Envato? Does anyone contact Impact too? Could be a really big problem!! We have a lot of Impact links for our demos…

Why Envato even switched the affiliate system to Impact Radius? While it was inside Envato it worked just perfectly without any single problem…

Thanks everyone who reported this issue here.

Thanks @KingDog and envato team for fixing the impact shorten links issue. From my side my affiliates links are working fine now. But I would like to request please envato development team fix it as a complete solution so that this issue will not come back again. and also would like to hear about it from envato team.

Hi All,
We are still looking in to the issue which has since been remedied but we’d obviously like to fully understand what caused this. If you are still experiencing broken links or funny redirects please let me know!
