I got a ticket from Envato #2704475 from 2 days ago.
I replied to the ticket 2 days ago and today, the system sent a reminder email “We are waiting to hear from you about your request” so it seems like they haven’t received the answer yet.

To reply the ticket directly from the website. I tried to login but it has the error " Forbidden Invalid authenticity token". Please see screenshot below.
Or when I tried the “Forgot password” link. It had an error below.
Please help as it seems like Envato system integration with Zendesk is broken.
The ticket is about refund dispute which means I have a limited time to response. Please anyone help…
