I sell exclusive on Videohive and sometimes I had items rejected.
My question is: Can i re-upload rejected items on other stock marketplace? (Because I don’t want my efforts to go waste.)

You can upload to other market places, make sure it is won’t resemble the previously approved projects in videohive. Copy of the existing approved projects with minor noticeable changes, Color versions of the existing approved projects were not allowed, If you have After version project approved here in VH, same projects with other software compaitability (ex premiere and apple motion) not allowed.
