Before I wanted to start uploading new tracks after being away for a while, I wanted to update my older tracks (new mixdown, mastering and so on).
Unfortunately some do not show the new date even tho I upload them twice already and left the reviewer the needed information and mentioning the issue.
Does anyone have an idea or should I address this directly with the support?
Have you checked if the upload has been approved? You can confirm this in the history tab on your item page. If it’s approved, the issue might be related to Envato’s cache system. Try checking again after a few hours, or reach out to Envato Support for assistance, as they’re best equipped to help.
