Hello, I am trying to add my new project on graphic river. First time I packed this with win-zip, second time with 7z, last time with ZipItFree - always .zip file. I am zipping my works with 7z and win-zip and I haven’t this problem never before.
Now the problem - > I am uploading zip via FTP and it appears on the panel as “saved” - I am trying to submit my work and then I can see the information about problem - you can see this on the attachment (on the screen) on the left (red infos).
I was trying by firefox and chrome, I checked every of my zip file - everything seems to be ok but problem still exist.
Do anyone know what is going on… I am tired of this ( and I am waiting for feedback from support but you know about the waiting time for feedback or item review this times…).
