any one having issue with uploaded video file with error? most of my uploaded video contents having this issue. I have never face this problem before.

Have to upload one file up to 5-10 times to avoid errors.

Noticed, less errors when you do not change browser tab during upload process.

I upload via FTP and ALWAYS get such errors. Can anyone decrypt it:

I’ve been getting the exact same error, both when I use FTP or the in-browser uploader. I have followed the steps here (https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000534726-Upload-Problems) and still get the errors.
Hi! I think there is some bug in a system. I managed to upload EXACTLY THE SAME files again following these steps:
a. rename file (I add ‘_n’ at the end)
b. upload this file
c. change file name in the bulk upload csv file.
After FEW tries system accepts files and they appear in the reviewers queue.
