How do I contact author support to get a response from them
They are not going to provide any details if it’s hard rejected. If it’s soft rejected, you could find the details “Hidden Items” section on your panel.
Do you know what are the reasons for rejection strongly? Is it possible that the state is one of the reasons for the rejection

As @ki-themes said - if the item is not queued in you account then it’s been rejected.
You should have had an email but need to check that email notifications are turned on with the accounts.
You can always share the demo link here if you want feedback on the item too, especially if you are a new author

There’s not a lot wrong with it but you might struggle with the face that the design is quite dated and similar concepts have been done many times before

If there’s no feedback then it’s hard rejected so you won’t get feedback
Presumably you have completed all the tax and necessary author verification etc?
